Satisfied with the hotel, it's a decent base for staying in Chicago. The bed in our room was comfortable.
-
Spacious, clean room
1) Can't make a cup of of coffee in the room 2) Breakfast is a bit expensive 3) house keeping kept bothering me for few hours before I checked out. They need to learn to bug the guest until he/she leaves the room
-
Proximity to the river and the Magnificent Mile.
The only negative was that I was travelling with my brother and his girlfriend and they had a great room on the 15th floor and I was on the 9th floor. Being on the same floor would have been nice.
-
The night manager Ron was terrific. I had booked thru Booked.net and I booked s king bed room. I then requested Booked.net to modify and get a double bed deluxe room. Booked.net charged me extra only to find out when I arrived that it was not requested. I was deceived by Booked.net because they charged me extra but when I arrived, the hotel was giving me a king bed. Ron, the night manager found a way to give me the room that I wanted.

The proximity to the Magnificent Mile and the marathon course!
Concierge desk is not immediately visible, we booked for the restaurant (Michael Jordan) at the Nordstrom concierge desk!
-
Location was excellent - access to restaurants, shopping, parks, museums. Concierge(s) were excellent.
Not crazy about toilet being in a separate room (felt like we were in a closet)
-
Great location for downtown Chicago and Magnificent Mile; comfortable and clean room
-
Great location, friendly staff, very nice rooms, comfortable bed
-
Clean. Comfortable bed. Big TV with Bose sound system. Bathroom seperated from the sleeping area by the closet.
No pool. Breakfast not included.

We decided for the Conrad among many options in Chicago and we nailed it! We loved our room size and quality of it. Bed confort and the bathroom too The hotel terrace bar also nice and prices in general are very good for a city like Chicago. Very convenient located, close to shops and many restaurants.
-
Loved the stay.located in the centre so close to most of the locations.would have prefered a room facing the other side.Breakfast was really good.
Complimentary Breakfast would have been a good deal.
-
Very helpful staff especially as pertained to the room and were quick to assist. Also the little extras like shoe polishing, a 24hr gym and complimentary morning coffee (especially for very early conference go- ers). Location is excellent.
The dining options at the hotel are limited and for tired travellers, having a good on-site restaurant or cafe would be ideal.
-
Location was excellent, right on magnificient mile; however, the main door of hotel is a bit misleading as it lays on the back street; hotel staff were very accommodating and prompt. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.
The rate was a bit expensive especially after adding the city tax and room tax and all other taxes.
-
Fantastic location and amazing service from staff. Right next to Big shopping mall and very close to the Magnificent Mile. I would definitely stay there again! Very family friendly too!
-
We liked the location of the hotel and the warm and friendly greeting we got upon arrival,as well as the guidance and assistance.
The fact that there was no tea and coffee making supplies within the room! And the fact that it was not made known that the roof top restaurant was not operating.
